FROM INITIAL ASSESSMENT TO ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS - A SIMPLE PROCESS.

A one day visit anywhere in India allows us to get the initial assessment done. This is usually done jointly with surveyors appointed by the insurance company.
On finalisation of the scope of work, a detailed inspection, testing is conducted along with design check if any and documentation review.

Analysis of the data collected is done to indicate the most probable root cause which helps ascertain the policy coverage.
Repair and reconstruction estimates are drawn up for the partial or full structure .

A visit by a structural engineer for seeing the site is followed by a summary report. The simple process could be misleading as it does not involve drawing validation, photographs, best practices, NABL lab testing, compliance etc. This could be challenged by a third party.
