A deatiled inspection is carried out with testing like mositure meter, pull out tests, infra red camera tests.
ROOT CAUSE
Determination of current status and the root cause of issues and foreseen problems is tabulated.
REMEDIAL MEASURES
Remedial measures are specified to mitigate the future risks and resolve the current issues.
TRADITIONAL METHOD
INSPECTION BASED. NO TESTING. USUALLY A PAPER FORMALITY.
