False Ceiling support check of load bearing capacity
The type of support, the material used, its gauge, the fasteners, are all observed to create a as built drawing of the false ceiling to check compliance against prevailing standards.
Leakage and Seepage Check by Infra red cameras

Leakages under the wet areas cause the false ceiling supports to corrode and cause a sudden collapse. In this area there is a continuous presence of water due to leakages. We have a separate leak detection system which can be deployed.
