Fertilizer Plant

Challenge:

The client wanted to assess the stabiltiy of silos after a collapse of a nearby silo in the plant.

Solution:

A group of 40-meter-high silos was tested for Cores, Rebound Hammer and UPV. Braving strong winds and the onset of rains, without compromising safety norms, the Aaryan team worked round the clock to get this assignment completed.

Benefits:

This data was used to ascertain the quality of concrete for the structures. Detailed plans were submitted for strengthening the silos.
