1940-2020 -
MENTOR AND FORMER PRESIDENT
Prof Limaye had over 50 years of experience in non-destructive techniques for concrete structures. He developed and commissioned a number of unique instruments and methodologies for NDT at IIT Mumbai. He has guided more than 100 postgraduate students and research scholars and published more than 100 research papers. His vision, principles and innovation continue to guide our team.
DEV R LIMAYE-
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Deven Limaye has more than 30 years of experience in general management with Indian and overseas companies. He is responsible for general management at Aaryan on a day-to-day basis. He is responsible for innovation and marketing at Aaryan. Deven has formulated more than 10 systems, each designed for a specific purpose to standardize most of the operations at Aaryan. Dev is the authorized signatory for all test reports for the NABL-accredited Lab of Aaryan.
AARTI LIMAYE -
DIRECTOR
Aarti is a dynamic professional with a strong vision and practical implementation insights. A management professional with more than 25 years of experience in implementing quality systems and processes, she leads all project planning, quality initiatives & finance at Aaryan Structcon Pvt. Ltd. Arti is responsible for operations at Aaryan to ensure quality services to clients on time. Aarti is the quality manager for all NABL-related activities at Aaryan.

Peer reviews are conducted with other experts where necessary to ensure that the clients get the optimum techno-commercial solutions.
