Update HR MS System for talent acquisition from opening to onboarding for all group companies related to Prosure and its promoters.
Coordinate with different training institutes, job sites, recruitment agencies etc and manage paperwork like agreements with candidates, recruitment agencies
Finalize JD of the person. Skills and Attitude.
Decide salary band, education etc.
Post openings with Training institutes, on social media and job sites etc.
Shortlist candidates based on their profile and match to the JD.
Invite the candidate to office to complete in person evaluation.
Administer tests, like aptitude test, specific skill tests.
Hand over the offer letter to candidate for joining.
Coordinate and Keep in touch with the candidate before they join the company.
Confirm that the candidate has joined by the planned joining date.
Take orientation program for the candidate.
Daily reporting of progress.
In addition to the above, your responsibility shall be:
1. Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
2. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
3. Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company's current offerings
4. Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
5. Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.
